The Approach

Holistic strategy is everything.

Most performance initiatives fail because they chase a new problem every week. The alternative is sequencing: deciding what should improve in each area of the business, and in what order, so each change reinforces the next — a collective upgrade of the entire organization rather than a series of disconnected fixes.

I work almost entirely remotely, through the same collaboration tools I help companies adopt. And I don't measure engagements in hours of effort expended — the only meaningful measure is whether the organization is maturing from the inside out.

Terms

How engagements work

My consulting practice is intentionally small. I accept a limited number of Virtual 2ndCEO advisory engagements each year.

  • Rate: $925 per hour
  • Initial commitment: 5-hour minimum block, paid in advance as a deposit toward the engagement
  • Format: remote, via the collaboration tools of your choice
